As we’ve said before on the show, we get guests on the shows in various ways. Sometimes we reach out to them, sometimes their promoters reach out to us, and other times, artists just hit us up on Facebook.
That’s what happened for this episode. I opened up a message from Kurt from the KS band Steel Skarecrow a couple months back. When I realized that he was in a band right here in my home state and I’d never heard of them, I immediately wanted to know more. Kurt and I messaged back and forth a couple times and we got an interview scheduled.
Kurt and the other members of the band have lots of experience in the music business and rather than me running through Steel Skarecrow’s pedigree, I’ll let Kurt give you the low down on them.
